Terms and conditions
Last updated: April 2026. These terms apply to your use of the Grassroots Tournaments website and related services (the "Service").
1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. The Service
The Service is provided for general information and to help users discover and engage with youth football events in the United Kingdom. Features may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Accounts
Where registration is required, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
4. Listings, bookings, and payments
Tournament listings, availability, pricing, and any bookings or payments may be subject to separate arrangements between you and organisers or third-party providers. We are not a party to those arrangements unless we say otherwise in writing. You should verify important details directly with the relevant organiser or provider.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful material, harassing others, or using the Service in a way that breaks applicable law. We may remove content or restrict access where we consider it necessary.
6. Content and intellectual property
Content on the Service is protected by copyright and other rights. You may not copy or reuse substantial parts of the Service for commercial purposes without permission, except as allowed by law or as we expressly permit.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Third parties
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites or services. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy notices; we are not responsible for them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
