Our tournament features fast-paced 6-a-side matches (with a maximum squad of 8 players) based on the 2027/28 season age groups. Our number one goal is to give the players a fantastic, memorable experience while helping them develop their short game. To make sure everything runs smoothly and safely, we need to work hand-in-hand with coaches and parents. We want to keep the matches fun, fair, and filled with brilliant sportsmanship. 📸 Capture the Memories We will be joined on the weekend by Shoots Photos who will be covering all the fixtures. 🤝 What is Expected from Our Parents & Spectators We want our parents to be the ultimate support system! To keep the environment positive, we ask that you follow these guidelines: Let the kids play: Let the coaches coach, the referees referee, and most importantly, let the players play! Keep it positive: Stay encouraging and supportive throughout the event. Please leave the coaching to the team staff and remain outside the respect cordons. Respect the boundaries: Please do not enter the pitch cordon areas unless explicitly asked by an official or coach (for example, in the event of an injury). Keep it kind: Do not escalate any issues with other parents, officials, or players. Respect and kindness are absolute essentials. Speak up safely: If you notice anything that seems off, please don’t hesitate to speak directly to one of our safeguarding team members. 🚫 Zero Tolerance: Everyone must respect our officials, players, coaches, and fellow parents. Abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. Failure to follow these simple rules will result in a request to leave the event, and serious issues will be reported to the league. 📋 Essential Match Day Rules (Please Read) Shin Pads & Match Equipment: Player safety is our priority. All players must wear shin pads. If a player is not wearing them, they will be asked to leave the pitch immediately and cannot play until they are properly equipped. Additionally, the first-named team must provide a match ball, and the second-named team will get the choice of ends. No Dogs Allowed: To ensure the comfort and safety of all attendees, dogs are strictly prohibited anywhere on the tournament site. No Smoking Near Pitches: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited around the playing fields.
